Step 1: Email time2talkkids@gmail.com or call 217-299-1713 to begin the referral process. We will ask for your child's information and your insurance card to verify insurance coverage.

 

Step 2: Contact your child's primary care physician for a speech therapy script that can be faxed to our office at 217-670-0305. 

 

Step 3: You will receive a phone call from Time 2 Talk within one week, to discuss your insurance benefits and possible out of pocket costs. To view our insurance and payment options, click here.

 

Step 4: A Time 2 Talk therapist will contact you to schedule an evaluation. Each therapist makes their own schedule. 

 

Step 5: Download and print the intake forms using the button below. Fill these forms out and bring them with you to your first visit.
